Mustard
Mustard seed is a spice known from ancient times mustard yellow (Sinapis Alba), which's grows in the Czech Republic. Mustard seed is round, yellow, has a pungent taste.
Whole seeds are used mainly when loading of vegetables (cabbage, beetroot, cucumbers) and fish.
The main use is seeds ground in the manufacture of many types of mustard.
